Two calls a week so you see progress and steer it. You own the hosting account from day one.

Launch and grow

Go live, set up SEO and tracking, and work through how to bring in paying customers.

A good fit if you

  • Run a business or have a career and want a software product on the side

  • Can fund hosting and marketing for at least six months
  • Will put time into selling once it's live

Questions founders ask

How much of the revenue do you take?
Usually 15 to 25% of gross revenue, depending on the size of the build. Once I have earned back the value of the build, my share drops, typically to 10%. It is all fixed in the contract before work starts.
Who owns the product?
The ownership and the revenue share are written into our agreement before I start, so there are no surprises later.
How long does a build take?
Most first versions take 8 to 12 weeks. You get a timeline in writing after scoping.
Why no upfront fee?
Because I want to work on products that can earn. If I don't believe it can, I'll tell you on the call.
