ParkSight connects drivers with private parking spaces and turns empty driveways into income for their owners. AI availability scores tell a driver where to go before leaving home; bookings are guaranteed; owners get paid through Stripe Connect. Built at CookieTech for a US client. I set the architecture and led delivery across the Flutter app, the FastAPI backend on Cloud Run and the store releases.
