Custom internal tools for contractors
Run your jobs from one tool, not five spreadsheets and a group chat.
For trades and home-service contractors. One custom tool for quotes, jobs and crews, with AI that writes the estimates and chases the paperwork.
The cost check takes under 2 minutes. No email needed to see the result.

Sound familiar?
- “Quotes live in one sheet, the schedule in another, and the real plan in a group chat.”
- “We find out a job lost money after it is finished.”
- “The office spends evenings typing up job notes and photos from the crew.”
- “Change orders get agreed on site and never make it onto the invoice.”
What I build
Job tracker
Each job from quote to final invoice: crew, materials, hours, photos and margin as it happens.
Crew schedule
A weekly board the crew sees on their phones, with the address, scope and photos per job.
Quote builder
Your price list and markups in one place, so a quote takes ten minutes instead of an evening.
With AI where it saves real hours
- Estimate drafter
- Describe the job or upload site photos; AI drafts line items from your own price list for you to check.
- Voice job notes
- The crew records a voice note on site; it lands on the job as clean notes and a materials list.
- Change order catcher
- Flags extra work mentioned in notes or messages that is not on the invoice yet.
How it works
- 01
Operations audit · $500 to $1,500

- 02
Build sprint · Fixed price, set in the audit
One custom internal tool with one or two AI features, live in 4 to 8 weeks. You see a demo every week.
- 03
Partner retainer · $2,500 to $4,000 a month
Improvements, new automations and AI features as the business changes, plus maintenance. Cancel any month.

No lock-in
- You own everything from day one
- The code, the hosting account and the data are in your name. If we stop working together, nothing is held back.
- A demo every week
- You see working software every week, not a status report.
- Fixed scope, in writing
- You know what gets built and what it costs before any code is written.
Questions
- Who owns the code and the data?
- You do, from the first commit. The repository, the hosting account and the database are set up in your name. I work inside them.
- How long does it take?
- The audit takes about a week. Most builds go live in 4 to 8 weeks, with something usable early on.
- What if our requirements change halfway?
- They usually do. Small changes fit inside the sprint. Bigger ones get a written change with a price before I start them, so the bill never surprises you.
- Is our data safe?
- Your data stays in your own accounts. Access is limited to the people who need it, and AI features use providers that do not train on your data. I will walk you through exactly where data goes before we build.
- What happens after launch?
- You can run it yourself, hand it to another developer with full docs, or keep me on the partner retainer for improvements and support.
- Why an individual and not an agency?
- You talk to the person writing the code. No account managers, no junior handoff, and lower overhead in the price. For a single internal tool, that is usually faster.
