The problem
A direct-to-film print shop prints many customer designs on one long sheet of film, the gang sheet. Laying those designs out by hand, tracking each order and working out the tax on it is slow, repetitive work, and every manual step is a chance for a mistake.
What I built
- Automatic gang sheet layout, so designs are arranged on the film without hand work
- Order management in one place, from upload to print
- Tax handled on every order
- Revenue share paid out automatically
The result
Replaced a manual, error-prone process with one automated workflow. The client still runs it today.
