At 365 Retail Markets I own the shared checkout and transaction lifecycle of a restaurant POS client that ships from a single Flutter codebase to four hardware form factors. I led the migration from a legacy codebase to a clean multi-package architecture and retired about 360K lines in the process, lead the role-based access control feature, and replaced reactive router redirects with an explicit route-guard controller so navigation is deterministic in transaction-critical flows.
